Set inside the historic Holy Apostles Ballroom in Chelsea, Manhattan, the exhibition gathers a groundbreaking assembly of artists, photographers, fashion historians, designers, stylists, and cultural scholars. This year’s exhibition also serves as the cultural prelude to the Jamrock Awards, the museum’s signature honors ceremony celebrating excellence, innovation, and influence across reggae, dancehall, fashion, and Caribbean arts.
